I recently came into possession of a 70s or 80s Kent "Londoner" road bike, with that lovely lugged steel frame, and complete with some death grips. The frame design is very clean and neat and the quality can be felt with every pedal stroke and every cornering. To make this sexy bike even more attractive, it is equipped with Campagnolo Record parts and a Campagnolo wheelset. Basically yes, I did all of these upgrades on one of those bikes because it was my first road bike and I wanted to experience each upgrade to get some insight into what effect it would have.
